Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:38 P.M. on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Page 2, line 2.6, before "each" insert "without a gravity outlet or drain,"

Chair Thissen moved that HF3371 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Chair Thissen moved the H3371A3 amendment with the following change:

Page 1, line 1.23, delete "Adoption advocates" and insert "The department"
Page 1, line 1.24, after "agencies" insert "and adoption advocates"
