Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order
at 2:18 P.M. on, Wednesday, March 7, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Holberg moved HF 1376 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy. Assisting Rep. Holberg in presenting the bill were Jim Blanchard, Property Owner and Kent Sulem, MN Association of Townships. Rep. Holberg's motion was renewed. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 679 Morgan

Rep. Hornstein moved HF 679 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy. Fred Corrigan, Executive Director, Aggregate Ready Mix Association of Minnesota (ARM), assisted Rep. Morgan in presenting the bill. The Hornstein motion was renewed. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Hornstein moved HF 825 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Transportation Finance and Policy. Rep. Morrow moved to amend HF 825, as follows:
