Rep. Hornstein moved adoption of the Transportation and Transit Policy subcommittee reports on HFs 1059, 1060 and 1061. Rep. Madore moved the delete everything amendment H1059DE3 which combined all three bills. THE MOTION PREVAILED. HF 1059, as amended, was laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Transportation Policy bill.
