MINUTES
Representative Lieder, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on Thursday, February 1, 2007, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present. Rep. Morgan moved that the minutes of Thursday, January 25, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Khani Sahebjam, Metro District Engineer for Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) gave further testimony and an overview for the committee. Assisting Mr. Sahebjam with testimony were Tom O'Keefe, MnDOT West Area Manager, Metro District and Nick Thompson, MnDOT East Area Manager, Metro District.
Donna Allen, Director, MnDOT Office of Transit gave an overview for the committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:32 P.M.
