MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:21 P.M. on March 13, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
Secretary of State Mark Ritchie, and Assistant Secretary of State Tom Durand, gave an agency overview and presented their budget recommendations.
A quorum was present at 2:28 p.m.
Bob Schroeder, Deputy Chief of Staff to the Governor, presented an overview of the office and the Governor's budget recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:08 p.m.
