MINUTES
Representative Ward, Vice Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:18 P.M. on March 8, 2007 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Members excused:
A quorum was not present.
State Auditor Rebecca Otto, Matt Lindemann, Finance Director, and Greg Hierlinger, Deputy State Auditor, all from the State Auditor's office, presented an overview of the office and the Governor's budget recommendation.
A quorum was present at 2:25 p.m.
Representative Kahn moved that the minutes of March 5, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Poppe moved that the minutes of March 6, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Ward moved to recess until 2:58 p.m. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Ward reconvened the Division at 3:10 p.m.
Attorney General Lori Swanson presented an overview of the office and the Governor's budget recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 3:38 P.M.
