Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 5:07 P.M. on March 28, 2007 in Room 300 North of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Helen Roberts, House Fiscal Analyst, gave a summary of Article 1 of
A07-0440 the delete everything amendment to HF 953.
Mark Shepard, Legislative Analyst, House Research, presented an overview of Articles 2 and 3 of
A07-0440.
Matt Gehring, Legislative Analyst, House Research, presented an overview of Articles 4 and 5 of
A07-0440.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:12 P.M.
