MINUTES
Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on April 8, 2008 in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gunther moved that that minutes of March 11 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
John Jaschke, Executive Director, Board of Water and Soil Resources (BWSR), introduced Al Kean, BWSR Chief Engineer.
Al Kean presented the Feedlot Financial Needs Report. Also testifying on the same topic:
Judy Erickson of the Minnesota Association of Soil and Water Conservation Districts
Bob Lefebvre, Executive Director, Minnesota Milk Producers Association
Wayne Anderson, Agricultural Liaison, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA)
Tim Koehler, Assistant State Conservationist, Natural Resources Conservation Service
