Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:31 P.M. on February 26th, 2008 in 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Cecile Ferkul, Deputy Legislative Auditor, presented the Office of the Legislative Auditor (OLA)'s most recent report on the Board of Soil and Water Resources (BWSR).
A quorum was present at 12:41 P.M.
John Jaschke, BWSR Executive Director, and Bill Eisele, Administrative Services Director, testified on BWSR's response to the OLA report.
The meeting adjourned at 1:14 P.M.
