MINUTES
Representative Rick Hansen, Chair of the Subcommittee, called the meeting to order at 12:34 P.M. on March 20, 2007, in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Gunther assumed the gavel at 12:36 P.M.
HF577 Hansen, Ditch buffer and drainage and inspection requirements modified, annual drainage authority reports required, and money appropriated.
Representative Hansen presented HF577.
John Jaschke, Executive Director, BWSR, testified on the
A07-0407 amendment.
A quorum was present at 12:39 P.M.
Representative Hansen moved the
A07-0407 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Hansen presented HF577 as amended.
The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
Representative Hoppe moved that the minutes of March 9th be approved. Representative Tingelstad noted that bill descriptions should be included in the minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
Tom Tri with St. Louis County testified on HF577.

Craig Pagel of Minnesota Power testified on HF577.
The bill was laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
