Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:03 A.M. on February 22, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Leo Raudys, Deputy Commissioner, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA), presented an agency overview.
A quorum was present at 8:10 A.M.
Rod Massey, Director of Operational Support Division, MPCA, provided testimony on the Land Programs portion of the MPCA budget.
Mike Sandusky, Director of Environmental Analysis and Outcomes Division, MPCA, provided testimony on the MPCA's work relating to perfluorochemicals (PFCs).
