Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:02 A.M. on February 8, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Natural Resources (DNR), introduced the Parks and Recreation portion of the DNR budget.
A quorum was present at 8:05 A.M.
Cortland Nelson, Director of Parks and Recreation, DNR, presented the Parks and Recreation budget.
Forrest Boe, Director of Trails and Waterways Division, DNR, presented the Trails and Waterways portion of the DNR budget.
Representative Dill moved that the minutes of February 6th be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 9:35 A.M.
