12:46 PM - Presentation of Governor Pawlenty''s Supplemental Budget Department of Commerce.

1:26 PM -HF3334 (Magnus) Local renewable energy initiative enacted to finance small-scale renewable energy projects, account established, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Rep. Magnus moved that HF3334 without recommendation be returned to Finance with a recommended re-referral to the Committee on Capital Investment Committee. The motion prevailed the bill was returned to Finance.

1:29 PM - HF3977 (Brynaert) Power transmission lines, renewable energy obligations, and related activities and costs provisions modified.

Rep. Brynaert moved that HF3977.

Rep. Brynaert incorpated the following oral amendment into the H3977.DE2 Amendment:

Delete Section 5 and renumber the following sections accordingly.

Rep. Brynaert moved the DE2 amendment. The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Brynaert explained the bill.

Page 6, line 18, after "reliability," insert "maximize greenhouse gas emissions reductions"

The motion prevailed. The amendment was adopted.

Rep. Brynaert renews her motion that HF3977 be recommended to pass as amended and placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed as amended.

2:03 PM - HF4060 (Knuth) Regional Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Cap and Trade Accord; Memorializing the governor to incorporate greenhouse gas emission reduction principles.

Rep. Knuth moved that HF4060 be recommended to pass.

Rep. Knuth explained the bill

Rep. Knuth renews her motion that HF4060 be recommended to pass and place on the General Register. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed.
