Representative Bill Hilty, Chair, called the twenty-seventh meeting to unofficially order at 2:38 PM on March 28, 2007 in the basement hearing room of the State office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Beard moved approval of the minutes of March 26, 2001.

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1392 (Hilty) Hydrogen renewable energy initiative established. Hydrogen energy use policies established, and money appropriated.

Discussion continued on HF1392.

2:41 PM - Rep. Gardner moved the H1392A16 amendment.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

2:42 PM - Rep. Magnus moved the H1392A4 amendment.

Testifying on the amendment:

2:46 PM - Mike Bull, Assistant Deputy Commissioner for Renewable Energy, Department of Commerce.

2:58 PM -- Rep. Magnus withdrew the H1392A4 amendment in favor of the H1392A15 amendment.

Rep. Magnus moved the H1392A15 amendment.

3:58 PM- Rep. Westrom moved the H1392A18 amendment as amended.

The motion prevailed. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
