CAPITAL INVESTMENT FINANCE DIVISION COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:17 p.m. on Monday, March 19, 2007, in the Room 5 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was not present.

Rep. Scalze assumed the chair at 2:28 pm.
HF 886 (Hausman) Capital improvements funding provided, bonds issued, and money appropriated - vehicle for Omnibus Capital Investment Finance bill.
Rep. Hausman moved that HF 886 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.
Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF 886 with the attached
H0886DE2 delete everything amendment. MOTION PREVAILED THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED
