Rep. Huntley moved adoption of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division Report on HF 1078, First Committee Engrossment. (See language at http://wdoc.house.leg.state.mn.us/leg/LS85/CEH1078.1.pdf). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Huntley moved that HF1078, First Committee Engrossment, be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Wagenius moved that HF1651, Second Committee Engrossment, be laid over for inclusion in the Environment, Natural Resources and Energy Omnibus Bill.

Rep. Wagenius moved to delete the Senate language in SF2096, Second Engrossment and insert the House language of HF1651, Second Committee Engrossment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Hilty moved to insert the House language of HF1392 First Committee Engrossment, as amended, into SF2096 Second Engrossment, as amended. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
