MINUTES
Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:19 P.M. on Tuesday, March 25th, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative McNamara moved approval of the minutes of March 13th, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
HF 3661 (Hilty) Greenhouse gasses with high global warming potential emissions or leakage report required, sale of certain refrigerants prohibited, and greenhouse gas emissions reduction report required.
Representative Bill Hilty gave a presentation on HF 3661.
The committee was adjourned at 4:24 P.M.
