Representative Rick Hansen, Vice Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:12 P.M. on Thursday, March 13th, 2008, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Brynaert moved approval of the minutes of March 11th, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

HF 3991 (Olin) Lake of the Woods Water Sustainability Foundation water quality referral to the International Joint Commission requested by resolution.
The committee adjourned at 9:37 PM.

Representative Olin moved HF 3991 be recommended to pass.

HF 3273 (Eken) State park provisions modified relating to park names, permits, campfires and forest roads; all-terrain vehicle provisions modified, authority modified for monument designation and water access site acquisition, and requirements eliminated.

Chair Eken moved HF 3273 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Chair Eken moved to amend HF 3917, HF3561, HF 3057, and HF 3439 into HF 3273.
