MINUTES
Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on Thursday, January 25th, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Thao moved that the minutes of January 23rd, 2007 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Jim Nobles, Jan Sandberg, and John Patterson, Office of the Legislative Auditor, presented their evaluation report on watershed management and answered questions from the committee.
Commissioner John Jaschke, Randy Kramer, and Steve Woods, Board of Water and Soil Resources, responded to the Legislative Auditor's evaluation report on watershed management and answered questions from the committee.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 P.M.
