Representative Kent Eken, Chair, called the first meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. on, Thursday, January 11th, 2007, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Eken called the meeting to order at 4:06 P.M. A quorum was present.
Doug Thomas, Board of Water and Soil Resources, gave an overview of the state agency.
Commissioner Mark Holsten and Bob Meier, Department of Natural Resources, gave an overview of the state agency.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:40 P.M.
