Representative Dean Simpson, assuming the position as Chairman of the Property and Local Tax Division Committee, called the twenty-fifth meeting to order at 10:25 AM on Wednesday, April 5, 2006, in Room 500 South of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.
