Representative Phil Krinkie, Chairman of the Tax Committee, called the forty-third meeting to order at 10:19 AM on Friday, April 21, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF 2480 (FINSTAD) Baseball stadium financing, construction, and operation provided; Minnesota Ballpark Authority established; and Hennepin County sales tax authorized.

The Chair moved HF2480 as amended.
