Representative Phil Krinkie, Chairman of the Tax Committee, called the forty-second meeting to order at 6:16 PM on Thursday, April 20, 2006, at Oak Grove Middle School, located at 1300 W. 16th Street in Bloomington, Minnesota.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The Chair moved the H2480A9 amendment to HF2480 as amended.

Rep. DORMAN requested a roll call vote on the H2480A9 amendment.
