MINUTES


Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the twenty-fifth meeting to order at 8:15 a.m. on Thursday, April 28, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Krinkie moved HF 872 to be passed and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Dorman moved that the amendment labeled H0872A43 be adopted and incorporated into HF 872.
Representative Lesch requested a roll-call vote on the amendment labeled H0872A43.
Representative Lenczewski moved to divide the amendment labeled H0872A43 by acting on lines 1-3 and 4-7 separately.
Representative Lenczewski withdrew her request for division of the amendment.
Representative Lenczewski moved to orally amend the amendment labeled H0872A43 by deleting lines 3 and 4 and inserting “page 32, line 8 and delete the new language and reinstate the stricken language”
Representative Lesch requested a roll-call vote on the Lenczewski oral amendment.

Representative Mullery amended the amendment labeled H2461A18 by inserting language to install a sign for the North Mississippi Regional Park at the 49th Ave Exit of I-94.
