MINUTES


Representative Phil Krinkie, Chair of the Taxes Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:23 a.m. on Wednesday, February 09, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Chairman Krinkie asked the Department of Revenue to continue testimony on its technical, policy and housekeeping bill, HF 657. Chairman Krinkie noted that there would be no official action taken on HF 657 at this time.
