MINUTES
Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the tenth meeting to order at 8:21 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

The Office of the Legislative Auditor gave an overview of its department.

The Office of the Revisor gave an overview of its department.
Testifying was: Michele Timmons, Revisor of Statutes
The Office of the Legislative Coordinating Commission gave an overview of its department.
Testifying was: Greg Hubinger, Director, Legislative Coordinating Commission
Chairman Seifert moved HF820 be recommended to pass and be rereferred to the committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Hilty requested a roll call vote on the motion.
