Representative Marty Seifert, Chair of the Committee on State Government Finance called the fourth meeting to order at 8:20 a.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2005, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative DeLaForest moved approval of minutes for January 26, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chairman Seifert moved HF523 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance bonding recommendations.

Chairman Seifert laid HF523 over.

Chairman Seifert moved HF194 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance bonding recommendations.

Chairman Seifert laid HF194 over.

Chairman Seifert moved HF242 be laid over for possible inclusion in the State Government Finance bonding recommendations.

The Department of Administration presented their bonding proposals.

The Department of Military Affairs presented their bonding proposals.
