Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifty-second meeting to order at 10:24 a.m. on Thursday, March 30, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Smith moved to amend HF3391 with the A3 amendment (see attached): THE AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
