MINUTES


Representative Bob Gunther, Chair of the Jobs & Economic Opportunity Policy & Finance Committee, called the twenty-fourth meeting to order at 8:23 a.m., on Wednesday, March 2, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Representative Westerberg moved to approve the Minutes of February 22, 23 and 24, 2005. The motion prevailed and the Minutes of February 22, 23 and 24, 2005 were approved.



H. F. 0620 (Hackbarth) A bill for an act relating to appropriations; appropriating money for the Oliver Kelley Farm.

Chair Gunther moved HF 0620 to be before the committee and to be considered for possible inclusion in the Jobs and Economic Opportunity Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.

Representative Hackbarth presented HF0620.

Representative Mahoney moved HF 0513 to be before the committee and to be considered for possible inclusion in the Jobs and Economic Opportunity Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.
Representative Mahoney moved Amendment A05-1288. The motion prevailed and Amendment A05-1288 was adopted.
