Representative Bud Nornes, Chair of the Committee on Higher Education, called the fourteenth meeting to order at 12:35 PM on Monday, March 7, 2005, in Room 300S of the State Office Building.

1:24:10 PM HF670 (Abeler) Minnesota state colleges and Universities tuition freeze funding provided, and money appropriated.
Rep. Abeler moved HF670 for inclusion in the Higher Education Finance Omnibus Bill.
1:25:20 PM Rep. Abeler presented his bill.
