Representative Jim Abeler, Chairman of the Cost Containment Division of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 9:15 A.M. on Thursday, April 28, 2005 in Room 500N of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Abeler moved the DE3 amendment to HF 2438.

Rep. Abeler moved an oral amendment to the DE3 amendment:

“evidence based standards”
Pg 1, ln 13, delete “nonemergency”
