MINUTES


Representative Tom Huntley, Chair of the Licensing Subcommittee, called the third meeting to order at 4:54 p.m. on Monday, March 20, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

HF 3456 (Hilty) Social Worker license issuance in certain cases required.

Rep. Huntley moved HF 3456 be recommended to pass and be rereferred to the Committee on Health Policy & Finance.

Rep. Hilty presented HF 3456.

HF2774 (Abeler) Chiropractors annual renewal of inactive acupuncture registration and acupuncture reinstatement fees provided.

Rep. Huntley moved HF 2774 be recommended to pass and be rereferred to the Committee on Health Policy and Finance.

Rep. Huntley moved to amend HF 2806 (see Amendment H2806DE1). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Abeler presented HF 2806 as amended.

HF3434 (Huntley) Hearing instrument dispensing definition clarified, and contract authority regarding diversion and monitoring services granted.

Rep. Huntley moved HF 3434 be recommended to pass and be rereferred to the Committee on Health Policy and Finance.

Rep. Huntley moved to amend HF 3434 (see Amendment A06-1224 attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
