Representative Tom Emmer, of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the fifty-fifth meeting to order at 10:22 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF2826 (Bradley) Nursing facility medical assistance rate equalization requirement eliminated.

Rep. Bradley presented HF 2826.

Rep. Samuelson moved to amend HF 3481 (see Amendment H3481DE1 attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF2933 (Bradley) Health case mix classification quarterly assessments required for reimbursement purposes.

Rep. Bradley moved to amend HF 2933 (see Amendment H2933A1 attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Peppin moved the approval of the minutes of March 14, 2006. THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes were approved.

The next meeting of the Health Policy and Finance Committee will be held on Thursday, March 16, 2006, at 10:15 a.m. in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:58 a. m.
