MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chairman of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirteenth meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2005 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 10:25.
An overview of the Legislative Auditor’s report on nursing home inspections was given by:

An overview on the Office of Health Facilities Complaints was given by:

Rep. Eken moved approval of the minutes of Wednesday, February 9, 2005, with one correction on line 1, paragraph 5:
Delete "200" and insert "2005"
THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes were approved.
The next meeting of the committee will be held on Tuesday, February 15, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The meeting was adjourned at 12:00 noon.
