Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the thirtieth meeting to order at 10:27 am on Wednesday, March 30, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.
