Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the seventh meeting to order at 10:18 am on Tuesday, February 01, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

Representative Neil Peterson moved the approval of the minutes of Thursday, January 27, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The following representatives from the Department of Administration gave an overview of the B3 Project, covering sustainable guidelines and energy benchmarking:

The following director presented an overview of the Minnesota State Board of Investment:

Representative Tim Mahoney assumed the gavel at 11:01 am.
Representative Kathy Tingelstad assumed the gavel at 11:08 am.
