MINUTES


Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the sixth meeting to order at 10:21 am on Thursday, January 27, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Lloyd Cybart moved the approval of the minutes of Tuesday, January 25, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Sheldon Johnson moved that HF229 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Lynn Wardlow moved the H229A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDEMNT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Lynn Wardlow moved the H229A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Sheldon Johnson renewed his motion that HF229 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Marty Seifert moved that HF333 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections.

Representative Seifert moved the H0333A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Seifert renewed his motion that HF333 be recommended to pass as amended without recommendation and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Mark Olson moved that HF350 be recommended to pass without recommendation and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections.

Representative Olson renewed his motion that HF350 be recommended to pass without recommendation and be re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Elections. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 11:35 am.
