MINUTES


Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the twenty-seventh meeting to order at 12:32 p.m. on March 14, 2006, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Cox moved the adoption of the minutes of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee dated March 9, 2006.

12:36:21 PM Minnesota Trail Riders Association, Barb Scottston testified in favor of the bill.
12:40:49 PM Minnesota Horse Council, Dr. Tom Tweeten testified in favor of the bill.
12:45:59 PM The Chair renewed his motion that HF3199 be recommended to pass and be re-fered to the committee on Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance.

2:13:03 PM The Chair changed his motion that HF2896 be passed, without recommendation, and re-referred to the committee on Government Operations & Veterans Affairs.
