Representative Ray Cox, Vice Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the twenty-eighth meeting to order at 12:36 p.m. on March 16, 2006, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Nornes moved the adoption of the minutes of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee dated March 14, 2006.
