MINUTES


Representative Tom Hackbarth, Chair of the Environment & Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the twenty-ninth meeting to order at 12:42 p.m. on March 21, 2006, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Poppe moved the adoption of the minutes of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee dated March 16, 2006.

THE MOTION PREVAILED

12:42:45 PM HF3436 (Hackbarth) Dishonored check payment penalty specified as suspension of certain registrations and licenses, watercraft certificate title delivery provided and penalties established.

The Chair moved that HF3436 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the committee on Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance.

1:14:32 PM The Chair renewed his motion that HF 3436 be recommended to pass, as amended and be re-referred to the committee on Agricultrue, Environment & Natural Resources Finance.
