Representative Mark Buesgens, Chair of the Education Policy and Reform Committee, called the twelfth meeting to order at 8:19AM on Thursday, March 3, 2005, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Rep. Dean moved HF1303DE2 Delete Everything Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF92 (Latz): Perpich Center for Arts Education charter school sponsorship and electronic board meetings authorized.
Rep. Latz moved that HF92 pass and be re-referred to the Education Finance Committee.
Rep. Latz moved the H0092A2 amendment to HF92. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
