Representative Barb Sykora, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the twenty-first meeting to order at 12:38 PM on Wednesday, March 09, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

HF967 (Klinzing) Classroom contribution refund authorized and money appropriated
12:39:06 PM Rep. Klinzing moved HF967 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the committee on Civil Law and Elections.

1:52:37 PM Rep. Greiling moved to orally amend HF617 as follows:
Page 2, line 22 delete "10 " and insert "3 "
Page 3, line 9, after "school" insert "and qualifies for general education basic revenue only."
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
