Representative Barb Sykora, Chair of the Education Finance Committee, called the fourth meeting to order at 12:34 PM on Wednesday, January 19, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

12:36:38 PM Joe Nathan, Director, Center for School Change, University of Minnesota, presented Getting Prepared: A 2002 report on recent high school graduates who took developmental/remedial courses.
1:31:02 PM Ric Dressen, Chair, Education Finance Reform Task Force, Superintendent of Alexandria School, presented the 2004 Education Finance Reform Task Force report.
2:13:57 PM Rep. Demmer moved the minutes of: Thursday, January 13, 2005. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
2:14:23 PM Tim Strom, House Legislative Analyst, reviewed the handout: Compensatory Revenue by School Site.
