Representative Larry Howes, Chair of the Tourism Division, called the first meeting to order at 12:47 p.m. on Thursday, January 20, 2005, in Room 400 South of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

John Edman, Director of Explore Minnesota, presented an overview of Explore Minnesota and answered questions from members.
