MINUTES
Representative Tim Wilkin, Chairman of the Commerce and Financial Institutions Committee, called the thirty-sixth meeting to order at 1:15 p.m. on Tuesday, March 21, 2006, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Simpson moved that the minutes from the meeting of March 16, 2006, be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3525 (Simpson) Construction codes and licensing provisions recodified, State Building Code modified and enforcement penalties provided.
Rep. Wilkin moved that HF3525 be brought before the committee for reconsideration.
Rep. Simpson moved that HF3525 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs.
Rep. Simpson presented HF3525.
