MINUTES


Representative David Dill, Vice Chair of the House Agriculture, Environment & Natural Resources Finance Committee, called the sixtieth meeting to order at 8:26 A.M. on Wednesday, March 22, 2006, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Chair DILL moved HF3056 (Blaine) for consideration by the Committee.
Chair DILL moved the H3056A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Testifying on HF3056 as amended:

Chair DILL laid over HF3056 as amended, for possible inclusion in the omnibus finance bill, and if there is no omnibus finance bill, the bill will be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.

Representative Juhnke moved the H3012A1 amendment
