Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the fifth meeting to order on Thursday, January 20, 2005, at 8:15 a.m.

An overview was presented by the Commissioner of Agriculture, Gene Hugoson, and the committee went on an informational tour of the Department and the Laboratory, St. Paul, Minnesota.
