Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the fifty first meeting to order on Thursday, February 2, 2006, at

10:00 a.m. in the Basement Hearing Room, at the State Office Building, St. Paul, Minnesota 55155.
