MINUTES
Representative David Dill, Vice Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the nineteenth meeting to order on Wednesday, February 23, 2005, at 8:19 a.m.

A quorum was present.
Representative Hoppe moved to approve minutes of February 22, 2005.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Testifying before the committee on behalf of the Minnesota Board of Water and Soil Resources, was Ron Harnack, Executive Director at 520 Lafayette Road North., St. Paul, MN, 55155.
Testifying before the committee on behalf of the Department of Agriculture at 90 West Plato Boulevard, St. Paul, MN 55155 were the following individuals:
Greg Buzicky, Agronomy and Plant Protection,
Steve Ernest, Director of Budget and Finance.
Testifying before the committee on behalf of the Minnesota Crop Production Retailers was Bill Bond, Executive Director at 7500 Flying Cloud Drive, Eden Prairie, MN 55344.
