Representative Dennis Ozment, Chair of the Agriculture, Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee called the seventeenth meeting to order on Thursday, February 17, 2005, at 8:30 a.m.

Representative Wagenius moved to approve minutes of February 16, 2005.
